Wow those guys are mean 5 stars good job brosI change my mind now

Really frustrated with this product! It is more expensive than standard and when I used 4 x large strips to hang a picture frame with a valuable painting, it fell less than half an hour later and smashed. Not only was the picture valuable and a lot lighter than the weight reccommended but even if you follow the instructions it didnt work. This has happened twice!! If you're gonna charge higher than other competitors, at least work zzzz.

3M Command Utterly Useless Hooks. I thought I'd give the 3M hook the benefit of the doubt after a picture I hung fell down and was damaged. How foolish am I. I hung a wall clock (under the recommended weight), that had travelled all over the world with my family, and within 30 minutes the clock was in pieces on the floor. Rang to find out if I could get a product sourced locally from 3M NZ. Didn't quite meet their customer acceptance cutoff bracket, next best thing was to purchase from a distributor. Customer Services person declined to e-mail me a list of their distributors, they were happy to give details of the distributors near me over the phone but not prepared to e-mail me a list, can't export

Asked for product recommendations for an application and got a huge list of excuses why they couldn't tell me.. then they basically told me to see a professional. They don't seem to know their own products and are unhelpful.
