Great service. I went in for running shoes as a new runner. We talked about what I was using them for, my running was recorded and analysed before determining where I needed support. I was told about all the options to rectify my pronation and provide cushioning suitable for someone new to running. I tried 7 or 8 pairs, being monitored in them each time. Settled on a pair with a 7 day (try them) window. I took them home and wore them around the house as per suggestion before running on them. This proved really vital because the side of my foot started going a little numb. I went back and asked about this, it was determined they were probably too narrow and we tried about 6 more wide ones. I walked away with another pair that I’m really happy with. Thank you Paris for your patience and guidance! Certainly felt like a valued customer. Will be recommending.
