I do like this store we purchase a lot from here and the staff are generally very helpful and friendly. On my most recent visit though the woman serving us was very pushy insisted on finishing her speil in quite a rude manner despite my declining the extended warranty and then continued to push other things on to us including recommending a cheaper phone than the one we were there for I don't know why it was frankly an irritating waste of my time the staff should know when to back off.

I am giving my star rating based on the machines more than anything. I've been using the kiosk photo printing machines here for years. Time and time again, there has been a problem with them. They really needed to be updated, or the WiFi needs to be changed or sorted in some way. Regardless of that, the staff are always friendly and try and help best they can.

Helped out by Luke a few times. Really great dealing with him. The customer service is top and the products and prices I'm very happy with.

I went to purchase a washing machine last week. Carl was very knowledgeable staff who knows the products very well. He explained different brand models and functions of washing machines. He was friendly and professional. Actually I also purchaded the fridge at this shop few months ago. The asian staff also very friendly and helpful.Great customer services.

Have been a cust6for over 15 years here last 2 visits I was pursued around store by staff I had told that I was just looking. After been followed and not left alone I left went to Westgate got what I wanted. I'll be driving extra distance to Westgate from now on. Much better

A very big thank you to Joel who sorted out a horrid problem with my TV. It was all sorted within a couple of hours with his help and patience, along with top product knowledge that gave me many options to choose from. He helped me by organising an awesome replacement I am more am happy with, and 3 days before Xmas! Thanks for awesome service and helping me sort my Xmas TV crisis. I couldnt ask for anything better than this outcome. Truely amazing!!

I would like to thank Luke who today sorted us with a camera after discussing our requirements with us. Also ended up buying a monitor and tower, once again speaking to Luke about what was available to sort my needed. Thank you Luke for your politeness and patience.

Quite disappointing. Lady I talked to on Sunday gave me no help really. Bought a go pro 10 and a memory card. Wrong card so had to come back. Got that exchanged and bought a spare battery then that was wrong. So had to come back Again. Only for her to say I told you to check" a. She never did

Purchased an iMAC with all the trimmings including upgrading the insurance. Turns out that now that I actually need it, I've paid for nothing because it's outside their terms and conditions. Apparently I should have replaced it a year ago. More fool me for not checking my upgrade was only an extra 24 months- not 36 as I thought. Does everyone replace their iMAC every three years? As far as I'm concerned they still should have honoured their commitment. The upsell was an appeal to fear and security which- let's face it- they wouldn't offer if they had to act on it with regularity. Turns out I'm 11 months late in effectively getting a new iMAC" - their words at the time which I though was pretty good if anything happened to it. But surprise surprise- rats up a drainpipe when you need it. As far as I'm concerned inside four years with added insurance should be honoured instead of hiding behind the fine print. Maybe I'm unreasonable despite two very unusual years within that period? They did offer to look at it free of charge to their credit- but with a two week turnaround. Any small business out there that can be without their computer for two weeks? Self learning and note to others thinking about up-purchasing on insurance: diarise the end date and don't get caught out because you're on your own. Won't be shopping at ANY Harvey Norman again. Technically they're correct. However....."
