I'd give them zero stars if possible. I'm not one to moan, especially if it was a one off bad experience but it happens every time I visit. I've tried to order a few replacement parts and they never come thru and there is not correspondence. Pretty poor service considering they advertise prolifically on the radio saying they're the best etc. If this is the best Auckland has to offer in electrical tool repairs then it is sad. Their systems are outdated and inadequate as all details are just written into a log book and that's about as far as it goes. I would sincerely not recommended this company. Unhelpful, unprofessional and unreliable. Very disappointed on several occasions.

Having something repaired here is proving to be a miserable experience. Probably THE most aggressive person I've dealt with ever, and for no good reason at all. My machine has been there for 2months and only today has she requested a list of parts from the supplier like she's doing me a favour. I hope this ordeal is over soon so I can get on with it.

Went in there with a DeWt drill not working due to ceasing up, they took it for 5 minutes, had it sorted, saved me buying a $400 replacement. Very kind and professional. Thanks guys!

I rang placemakers today wanting to know if they had any pots for a pass load nail gun as it needs a filter and a tip for the end well I'm still waiting for them to call me back so after a few hours I was in Henderson and I decided to give all trades a call and wouldn't you no it they had everything that I needed they used to have some amazing things and now they've got even more amazing things

took in a couple of tools in for repair. asked how long it would take- a couple of days? a week? a month? a year? throw me some kind a bone here. we will ring you sir. nope no phone call been 6 weeks now. have tried to phone many times no answer. customer sevice is non existant. would just love to be able to go get my tools and take somewhere else but not open on a saturday so will have to take time off work and get it. slack really would give zero stars if i could.

Had to come into the store four times and leave my name and number each time to try and get a part for my drill. Didn't get a phone call and didnt get the part. Don't waste your time.
