The Colour Room - Balance & Harmony by Karen-Marie

I had a colour session with Karen-Marie. She is very gentle & empathetic and allowed the process to evolve. We covered many life things & I came away lighter and better equipped with my colour bottle.

I took my younger daughter to see Karen at her wellness hub in the beautiful Raglan. My daughter has ongoing sleep issues which affect her day-to-day activities. Karen was very professional but also had a lovely manner, which made my daughter feel comfortable and safe. We did a couple of activities that helped my daughter express her feelings and then she chose an essential oil, which Karen rubbed on her feet. This made my daughter feel special and is something I now do every evening. The experience was so enriching, my daughter talks about it all the time. My older daughter requested she visit Karen’s wellness hub and a week later I took her. She experienced similar activities but tailored to her meet needs related to anxiety. Both experiences were so special and have had an impact the wellbeing of both my daughters. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for alternative ways to deal with stress, anxiety, sleep issues and other problems that affect our lives. Not only will you learn something about yourself, you will leave feeling calm, relaxed and ready to deal with anything life throws you.

I have had card readings with Karen-Marie who is very intuitive and highly skilled in her craft. In my experience she has been very on point and able to communicate the readings with clarity, understanding and compassion. I highly recommend her service.
