The owner quoted me just shy of $800 for fixing my car's brakes (and charged me $50 for preparing the quote). I got the exact same job done for under $500 in Hamilton. Not cool being overcharged in my own town!

Office lady very rude, no manners at all.Not even a hello or thanks etc.Had a wheel alignment, every other place I've been to for an alignment has given me a detailed printout and talked about the alignment itself in terms of how it was.This place I paid, received my keys and thats it. No thanks, no nothing.Very disappointed, won't be going back purely due to customer service.

I was driving around with my motor light on and stopped in to this shop. I spoke to a man there who asked where my car was, he went straight out, asked me what was happening and I told him. He jumped in my car took it for a spin and come back and spoke to me about the issue. He asked where I was from and I said whakatane and he asked where that was hahahaha. He was so helpful and was prepared to fix the car there and then. I just want to thank you for what you did, you didnt have too but you took the time to ensure I was ok. Best short stop in my life. Thank you from Whakatane.

I needed my shocks installed and was quoted an hour per shock which doesn't take that long 400$ plus just to install shocks how can mechanics charge outrages prices when they know it doesn't take that long yet they still charge it any way rip off

went to get a wheel alignment, then got quoted over $600 worth of parts.Then came back to pay and they doubled the price. My car felt the same after driving off. Would highly not recommend.

We had a fairly urgent job to replace two tyres while traveling north . They squeezed us in ,and checked nitrogen in my boat tyres too . Good job guys ! They seem to do exhausts too .
