They maybe a small and local family run business but they give top notch quality, service, professionalism on every visit. I had a trailer repaired and sorted pretty sweet a month ago, so I then booked my car in and had to change a few times before I could finally get there. I was booked in for 8am, after explaining I needed my vehicle and had to wait, and couldn’t get there until 8:40am and parked in in between roller doors and out of the way. I was told the mechanic would get onto it today but not in the hour I planned for. I wasn’t feeling the customer service love. I let them know and was led outside to a sign saying where to park next time and not out front where I would expect a car parked keys included might wait for the next mechanic. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. I felt like a child being told off rather than given understanding in a reasonable manner. Customer focused def not.

Definately would not recommend!! Bad customer service. No follow up on repair job. No guarantee on repairs done. I did read somewhere that their work was guaranteed if not repaired properly. Very happy to take your money though. Feel just a bit flogged off.

Have been going here for WOFs and services for a few years now. Good service and good value.
