We live in a problematic, super-rural area. All the telcos told us we couldn't get reception to our property, but having no cell coverage and no internet isn't really an option these days. Primo was the one provider who offered to give it a try. The first attempt gave us a trickle of internet, and after a few weeks of frustrating, intermittent access I phoned back. Primo sent someone else out and they installed a bit of extra hardware and now we have all the highspeed bandwidth we can eat. It's amazing to feel like we weren't just an irritation, or an unsolvable problem. I literally can't rate Primo, or its relentlessly helpful, never-say-die staff, enough. 78 stars out of 5!

Been a primo customer(residential and rural) for over 10 years after being with other internet giants but the care and customer focus from this team are second to none. I will and have reccomended primo to all my friends family and workmates with many signing up. Never had a problem and have always been kept up to date on changes to my plan.
