THEY ARE GOOD, VERY NICE PEOPLE AT NEW LYNN, ESPECIALLY TRISH HEATHER AND MEENA IYER, SORRY I DONT KNOW THE NAMES OF THE OTHERS. ALTHOUGH I HAVE BEEN RUNNING AROUND IN CIRCLES FOR MORE THAN FOUR WEEKS NOW WITH NO OUTCOME, I STILL REALISE THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOBS DELIGENTLY.I HAVE COME ACCROSS SO MANY PEOPLE WHO ABUSE THE STAFF IN FRONT OF THEM AND BEHIND THEIR BACKS BUT BEING SEMI CRIPPLED I APPRECIATE THE HELP OF THE SECURITY PERSONNEL AND EVERY SINGLE STAFF. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

Needed assistance with urgent car repairs. Had the best experience with a young Polynesian woman who went out of her way to assist me and even got an urgent approval processed. Wonderful experience indeed!!

Was told a week ago I was eligible for a business start up grant, only to be called today to say that because I am not on ANY benefit currently, I am not eligible. How does that work? I ask for a bit of help, but have to be getting a benefit to get a grant? This doesnt make any sense.

I replied for the temporary additional support and received an email,letter in the post saying that I had till April 2021 to reply again .Also saying I would receive the same amount as I was receiving. Now I have been taking of and not having a benefit. They did not EMAIL or a LETTER saying that I had to speak with a case manager even saying NO benefit??????Now I have to wait 2 to 5 days. WHERE IS THE RIGHTS FOR A SICKNESS BENEFIT. No car payment to be made or rent even gas to go to specialist even can't make a appointment to have a face to face.
