Don't bother ordering stuff under Level 3 lockdown. You think it is coming from NZ - but it comes from Australia instead. It's been 2 weeks and still waiting for an order to be picked up in Australia - who the hell knows when it will get to be delivered.Never again

Shocking service and Rude Customer Service Operator who put the phone down on me. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.I ordered some beach wear from Amazon but it took weeks to be delivered through DHL. I had no idea the warehouse for NZ is in Melbourne. The delivery arrived in NZ, no attempt was made to deliver just went straight to the DHL depot and then I was asked to pick it up, 4 hr round trip.Called Amazon, they said they’d get back to me, a week later nothing. Chased it today , asking for a refund, a very very snotty operator, told me it was out of her control and I’d have to wait till the parcel was back in Melbourne before she could process the refund.I said that’s not really good enough as it’s not my fault that nothing had been delivered or even attempted to be delivered and I was fed up with the whole process. She insisted there was nothing she could do and put the phone down on me mid sentence of my reply.Shocking customer service and does sound like Amazon Surf aren’t the most amazing company to work for if that’s the staff morale raising its ugly head.Come on guys we’re the customers, do you want our money or what ? Bad bad business model, don’t go there!!

Customers that shop here are extremely rude and aggravating, they bump into you a lot and don’t apologise when it occurs, and a customer was yelling at a worker about something very minute, the staff overall are great guys and are very helpful when you approach them for help, wouldn’t recommend coming in here if you don’t like disrespectful customers. (They play really good music)

Tis cool dude Daniel (origin Ethiopia) from St.Lukes was very genuine, attentive, friendly, helpful n full of enthusiasm with what he does... question answered, get you a different sizes to try on, put your to-be try" on clothes in the dressing rm ready for you while you still choosing from the rack! Now that's Passion! I asked for his views on tis or that dress etc

I love the shop but their online returns policy is rubbish! You can't get a full cash refund in-store you have to send the package back via post even tho it says online that you can return in-store to only get offered a voucher. Seems silly and time wasting to me.

We just had the best experience in the store. A member of the staff Richard was super kind and friendly and provided solutions to us!! Definitely 5 start to the amazing guy!
