We were really impressed with Ashcroft Homes and their full range of services from start to finish. Not only have they delivered a top quality product but they were also genuinely nice to work with. With excellent communication throughout the project, we enjoyed working with their whole team. We also love the design of the homes and the premium finish to them.

Very exciting experience building a new house with Ashcroft Homes from start to finish. They have taken care of everything without any hassle. Phil MacEwen was our building consultant. He has explained every detail of new construction and what it involves. Their project management which will take out all your headaches. They will update the progress of the project every fortnightly. We can visit the site every now and then to see the progress. They will try to finish the project within the time frame. But sometimes due to uncertain situations like pandemic and other uncontrollable situations, it may be delayed. But one should keep in mind the budget to build a house is not the price what they give. That is only the cost to build house, but it doesn't include other services. Because you need to keep buffer for upgrades and other services before building a house.Apart from building a house with Ashcroft Homes, we have taken services of subdividing our property also. It is time consuming and a lot to be done. It all depends on individual and nature of project and circumstances. But it is all taken care of by the Ashcroft Homes by dealing with the council, Engineers and other parties.Over all my experience with Ashcroft Homes is very pain free, excellent and very professional. I do recommend Ashcroft Homes for my friends and family members and also for the people who are planning to build a house.Me and my wife Ramola John thank Phil, Nikki, Harry, Laurie McClintock and the entire Ashcroft team for doing our project a super successful. We are very happily living in our new built house.

We’ve seen a number of new homes built over the years and have to say that we are always impressed with the design and quality of the homes that Ashcroft build. We have always found the team great to deal with – friendly, responsive and efficient.

We engaged Ashcroft Homes to build a Beaumont stand alone house for us last year. It has been smooth sailing from the foundation stage besides a small delay due to weather. The project team and the office staff have been very prompt in responding to our queries which is the most important to us. Once the project kick starts, it was very reassuring for us to see weekly progress report understanding where it's at, and the planning ahead for next stage.I also find their approach to be highly professional, and would preempt us with what's required that are not within the build scopes.Finally, the build cost is also reasonable, an important considerations.

We regrettably dedicated the last 2- year for Ashcroft Homes Beaumont 4-bedroom house. We signed in December 2020. The house still has not Code of Compliance (CCC). We could not rent and sale and access until now. Only because we disputed their double charged final claim amount without any agreed variations after months of delay. We shocked to find out the fixed price contract was not fixed at all and above our credit approval. We have to pay the builder 's delay on completion, based on their claim.Despite we paid them in full until they issued practical completion, they declined to release the Code of Compliance documents all together disregarding the builder responsibility in Building Act 2004. Those documents should have been supplied with each previous payment. We wrongly trusted them were an Awarded Master Builder when signed with the Masterbuilder Guarantee.We wasn't careful: the final payment claim required before Code of Compliance overrode the Building (Residential Consumer Rights and Remedies) Regulations 2014 - Final claim must come after Code of Compliance". The "Provisional Sum" allowed them to charge over the fixed price contract so much to double on the final claim without any agreed variation. we boasted our credit facility by over 10% for our loan based on their second inflated price on the project. The hidden clause for Extension of Time (EOT) allowed them to charge hundred per day for their delay. Their claim showed we have to pay for their breach of the construction period.Ashcroft Homes said they follow their contract instead of the Law and the Regulation. However when we called for mediation in November 2022 according to the dispute resolution clause

We chose to work with Ashcroft as they take care of everything for you, I can say hand on heart that they really did. The build was stress free from start to finish, Chris was our Project Manager who always took our call and was very attentive. Loved working with Laurie who went over and beyond for us. We will definitely build with them again, they put customer first.
