The company were easy to deal with, the staff very helpful. The reason I gave 4 stars, I ordered during the pandemic! Once the table arrived in the container there was a bit of a breakdown in communication which left me confused as to what was happening! But really with the world as is it you have to wait for specialist items and be patient. I will definitely continue to do business with Excellence Billiards over the years, as the need arises.The pool table is super quality and the install was expertly done. You can’t really ask for more can you?!

Aaron and the team have been great throughout the entire process of buying our first pool table. Since our first inquiry Aaron was always very responsive and quick to answer any queries we had in detail which was very helpful since we were buying a new table remotely. Delivery and installation happened quickly after purchase and our expectations were always managed effectively. The install team were very friendly and demonstrated a high level of subject matter expertise. Overall our experience with Excellence Billiards has been extremely positive and our new table has made a fantastic addition to our home.

Purchased Outdoor table with bench seats and table top November 2021, took a couple of weeks to finally arrive. One bench seat was faulty. Got a cover for the keeping the faulty bench seat. Table Top finally arrived 21 March 2022 - EXTREMELY DAMAGED. Top was collected end of April 2022 and to date I have had to follow up regarding replacement. Customer service is a joke. Having to re punch nails into pocket holders, again not fixed by company. Paid a fortune all up, this is not a happy customer.

Super stoked with the 9ft american table and mezz cue I brought from Excellence Billiards recently.They installed the table over the weekend with a brand new tournament cloth, and it is playing like a dream!Thank you and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!Look them up for all your cue sport needs!
