Simply Soothing Massage Therapy New Lynn

Did not end up booking. They are pushy and keep trying to sell more than what you want...I walked away.I told the lady what I wanted as I was accepted as a walk in, and she wanted to add in more services than I requested. I was annoyed and walked away.

Simply Soothing has saved me on a good couple occasions. I work just down the road and on particular days when I've been suffering, I've head down to the shop and gotten myself a cheap, quick, but thorough and very well done massage from a group of very friendly people. Appreciate what they do immensely and I'll be coming back again and again I'm sure.

A major language barrier and the decor is very rough. The young man that gave me the massage came from the kitchen and still had his apron on. I'm glad I got a grab one deal for 1hr $55 when I asked normal price $108. Way over priced for the decor and service. I've been to Simply Soothing several times, and each time have had a fantastic massage. The staff are kind, approachable, and ask if you're happy with the amount of pressure. I always leave feeling super relaxed

I went to New Lynn Simply soothing today. They are very friendly and take me through the whole process. I love the chair massage for my neck and shoulder and then the oil back and leg massage. I feel so much lighter after finish!!!

Amy was great. She is experienced and able to find areas that needed more attention. She can provide a firm massage if needed.

Simply PAINFUL!!! (Lynnmall branch)I went for a shoulder massage with a pulled muscle in one shoulder, and my wife went for a head massage. I came back home with pain in BOTH shoulders + neck, and my wife with a migraine.They might be professional therapist, but they need an INTERPRETER on serious note. I had booked an appointment over call, and he spoke fluent English and understood my shoulder problem. But later the other staff over there did not understand a single issue I had explained about my shoulder. Instead they nodded and said YES to every statement I made.He did not discuss the pressure level, and instead went with full pressure causing another pain instead. I had to do hand signals to communicate with him. NOT a right place to keep staff who cannot communicate with customers. Its dangerous. Seriously, an interpreter will help.I hope they improve in this matter, but I am not going back there.

Recently opened and located inside Kelston Shopping Centre.What an experience, they are so friendly & accommodating. Nothing fancy inside but the massages make up for it.Best massage I've had, they work on your problem areas, doesn't just feel like a routine like most places. Highly recommend.

The massage itself was fine, the place was busy but I was been overcharged when I asked for Cupping too. Not sure if I will go back again
