Wilson Parking - 49 Symonds Street Car Park

What everyone says about this place is right. Park somewhere else if you have the option.No CCTV.Homeless people and thieves roaming around.If you aren't paying attention, you will scrape your car on something.For the sake of a few carparks in a place that is rarely full, they could free up some room around the pillars and make the place much more agreeable.The other thing that really bugs me is that in the last 5 months the price has gone from $15 Early bird, to $18, plus the 60c transaction fee on top. What's worse is that today I turn up and the eftpos facility has gone, now it's only credit card tap and go. What, now you don't want customers without credit cards?Be prepared for another price rise, taking this place to uneconomical for the hassle involved. I will immediately go elsewhere.

No stars-I called someone to let my car out after hours and she said I had to pay $90 to get my car out-the sign to let customers know they had to pay for after hours release is in a place where it isn’t even clear to customers-I go in and pay at the machine-to be told I have paid for up until 6am the next day-not being told that if I come back to get my car around midnight(I have studies) then I have to pay an extra $90 to have it released-how unfair is that-how about Wilson parking actually cater to customer service instead of being money hungry

If you wanna make sure that your car will get cut or damaged, do not forget to park at 47 Symonds Street!I do not know why the google recognise it as 49!You can see the results of parking over there. I also asked the police and security of the building, no one get the responsibility! and!!

On the expensive side but a reliable parking place. Take extra care when driving inside the basement as everything is narrow.

Very snug parking, tricky to navigate through due to tight and narrow corners

The closest car park to my work place, so I got no other options. The place is boobytrapped by pillars - even in the middle of the lane; some parking spaces are blocked by pillars, makes me wonder how a car can get into that space. Other spaces are obscurely marked, and most are decorated with low hanging ventilation pipes which will happily scrape the top of your car. Very expensive rate for short term parking. Hardly any attendant, except one who walks around checking whether you've pay or not.

Wish I could rate a zero rating to this carpark.It's the closest to work so I've got no choice. Just because they don't have competitors they really don't care what customers say. As long as the direct debit has been set up, they just charge the money and not answering any phone calls and emails so they don't know there are upset customers around.Today is the second day I use their monthly parking services, the access card only worked for the 1st day. I was blocked by the gate at 6.30am in the morning couldn't get to work. Rang their so-called 24/7 ParkWatch the lady over the phone said she was not able to help for anything and I would need to ring WilsonParking office during normal business hour!Started to ring them from 9am but nobody picked up the phone. Rang and rang and rang every 1/2 hour and only got hold of a human at 2pm. Then I was told to return the old card before I could get a new one issued. I walked an hour to and from to get the new card, guess what, it's till not working!! It was nearly 5pm of the day, nobody answered phone and email. I don't know how to get into the carpark tomorrow and going forward.It really sucks!

The parking is what you pay for. The signage is not clear. They do not have cameras in this parking lot. Parkmate is a third party, not owned by Wilson Parking. The parking machines charge you past the closing time and if you want ur car, you will need to pay them $50 or more to get it out. Its a joke. Avoid this park and park at AT parking instead

Small, cramped parking space. Ridiculously expensive. Paid $15 for 90min. Never again

Location is okay but it is a very very small carpark. The lifts were not operating as they should and during the pandemic I was stuck with a few people for minutes which isn't ideal.
