Superb service we have used this company in the past month for my car through my insurance and partners ute just last week. Hectic month we've had but atleast these guys have managed to deliver great and smooth customer service and a fast easy process safely transporting our vehicles to their destination. Tis a week before Christmas and the half dozen or so places I called before them couldn’t help.They on the other hand where prompt helpful and saved my stranded self, getting my van to a mechanic.

Office admin pretty slack at communicating, viewed my car at the yard, picked up personal items like tools, left one set behind, when car was delivered it was gone, either an office admin is an opportunist thief or one of the drivers is, left a 200 liter food drum full of petrol leaking in the back seat because the yard didn't have room to store it, now my car could ignite easily and the fumes are unbearable. I'm not going to even mention the personal dig at who paid for it though

These guys are absolute superstars . This is the third time I've used them and today I needed them again as my car broke down in town last night. I called them at 8.00am (Sunday morning) and had my car back before 10am . And a super friendly service too , many thanks guys.

Yesterday there was record rainfall, with the Hutt River overflowing into the Riverside car park.It wasn't enough for this company to just sit by yesterday, waiting to poach on vulnerable people needing assistance with rescuing their vehicles before being swallowed by the river.This company then further attempted to stop a good samaritan from towing vehicles out for free.

Friendly to deal with, Had the tow truck driver literally come to my house and grab the spare key, He did the rest and car was delivered to the workshop no issues. Great hassle free service and would easily use them again, Though I hope I don't have to =)
