Terrible customer service and poor quality of products. STAY AWAY from this windows and doors company!

I have recently had my full house installed with PVC windows and Doors by ECO Auckland uPVC Doors and Windows. I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the sale and support from Tony Woodard, updates and information came through in a timely manner and we were well looked after. Covid lockdown naturally effected their manufacturing timeframes, however, our install was still completed in a reasonable time. The install itself was outstanding! Our windows have had the upmost care being installed and our new doors and frames look fantastic!! I highly recommend their services and products, we are now enjoying a much quieter house now that we cannot hear our partying neighbors! Thanks again!

Loving the new doors and windows. Covid delayed the construction and installation, however that is the time we are in. The installer (Gareth), is fabulous and has remedied a few issues along the way, so we are now very confident of a watertight, noise reduced home. Thanks to Tony for all the advice and updates along the way.
