Very accommodating staff and we had to get extra accommodation due to family member needing longer time in hospital. They were very helpful and gave us another room which was much nicer than the first room we had. Very spacious, clean, tidy, quiet, and so close to everything

We come every two months and used to like coming here . New owners taken over and price of our room went up $100.Reception is rude and on arrival no one there speak English.Picked up the phone and no answer. Had to wait for over 15 min before finally someone arrived ( who spoke English ) . No apology.Very disappointed .

The staff are nice but the rooms are dirty. When I took my shoes off inside, the floors felt unclean and sticky. The tiles are visibly dirty, the carpet feels like it’s all stuck to itself with dirt, and the bathroom isn’t thoroughly cleaned.

Stayed in the disabled room as I'm in a wheelchair. Room was very spacious, bathroom was good & location was excellent. The only small issue was that the car park was across the front of the doorway. Once you parked the car there wasn't space to get the wheelchair out & open the door.

Great stay. Room did smell damp but everything else was great. Our room was on road front and it didn't bother us. Receptionist was nice. Parking a little tight so bear in mind if you had a huge vehicle. Recommended.

Had a great 3 night stay here. Very spacious room with plenty of furniture and nice spa bath. Balcony was good but the doors were a pain to use. Parking was plenty and the location was fantastic. The bed was massive but the electric blankets did our backs in haha. Grunty air conditioning unit kept us nice and warm/cool.TV was smart which was great but the could have been bigger and wall mounted would be nice. The elevator was quite freaky and made strage noises but we will stay again!

Staff / front office lady was very nice and helpful, rooms were spacious and accommodated a good room for my father in a wheel chair. Only negative to mention is there were some very loud and obnoxious group having a party in the room near by and there was no action taken by staff. Which is very annoying, other than that the motel was good.

Price was good. Size was good. Reception was friendly. Bathroom and spa were good.There was a sign advertising for a house keeper - and they need one.Place was tidy, but grubby. A few McDonald’s chips under the kid’s bed from a previous guest; extractor fan was very dirty.Mexican place down the road did a good dinner.I would stay there again for the price. My wife wouldn’t stay there again for the grubbiness.

The rooms were okay there was mold on the blinds and in a few other places. There was also a lot of ants in one of the rooms which was a bit weird. But other than that the stay was nice. The sheets were clean and checkin was easy.
