That was really easy. Paid. Received. Got a bit confused and got some phone help. Used for almost three days till we couldn't take anymore. Dropped off at local courier. Got my deposit straight back. More than enough games for us. Now my partner wants to get this for her work. I will probably do it again after we recover. I highly recommend this experience to anyone anywhere in New Zealand.

It was an awesome experience getting to use the Oculus Quest 2. The team at VR Hire made it very simple to order, and get our headset delivered. Nik provided great instructions via email on how to receive, use and send back the headset. This company is highly recommended!

Excellent products and service! What stood out for me was the customer service throughout, from the initial order through to the final check in after the VR gear was returned.I wanted to try out a VR headset before buying one, to make sure I wasn't wasting money on something that made me feel nauseous from motion sickness (an experience I had with an VR headset around 2014-15). The VR headset technology has come such a long way since then, so the gear itself was excellent and the hire packs are very well laid out with clear instructions on how to get everything up and running.If anyone is considering buying a VR headset, I'd encourage hiring one through Virtual Reality Hire beforehand to make sure it is right for you. It was worth it for me having that peace of mind that a VR headset is going to be a good purchase for me.Thanks again for the great service.

Hired the occulus over a long weekend. Kids absolutely loved it. Everything came very nicely packaged. A whole host of games installed. Works right out of the box, super simple setup.And super seem less delivery, and return. Just tape the return courier tag to the case, and were golden.A+ would recommend.

I cannot recommend VR Hire enough. The gear is well looked after and presented well, there are manuals and instructions on how to use, care for and set up the equipment and the owner is so willing and helpful should any issue arise. Arranging hire of the equipment is simple through the website and even has return shipping included in the box, all you do is call the courier to arrange pickup and jobs done. I will definitely be a repeat customer as I want to try the Reverb before deciding which one to purchase, if you are looking to buy I recommend hiring first.Thanks VR hire for excellent service and support.

Great experience from Virtual Reality Hire for our son's birthday party. The kids had a blast with a parent to supervise play and the rest got to watch it up on our big projector screen. Also can connect to a normal tv. Easy process to hire, so much fun!
