A large variety supermarket with choice of checkout assistance or self-serve. Wide aisles and clean appearance. Large carpark with available car parking... Not my store of choice these days, but offers a large range of products and full customer service.

I'm a very regular user of the click and collect as I have a fear of going in to public places and easily get overwhelmed. The click and collect use to be very convenient when I could just get my shopping from the locker and leave. Lately the phone outside to speak to the staff if my items aren't in the locker (usually because the order is too big to fit which I understand) hasn't been working for over a month now, so I have to go in to the store which is the last thing I want to do and is the reason I get click and collect. Also now lately I've noticed no orders have been put in to the lockers at all even if they're small items? Happened about 3 times now. Really stressful for me and defeats most of the purpose for using click and collect or this supermarket in general. I understand it could be staffing issues but I've been really let down. Most of the staff are always very friendly when I do have to go in though.

Have shopped here a few times: usual range of products, higher prices than Pak N Save but more pleasant physical shopping environment. Friendly checkout and greeting staff. However, today's experience with a surly, cheerless , rude member of the deli. staff who begrudgingly served me, delivered an 'OMG' look and bad temperedly plonked food items down on top of each other so I could clearly witness her displeasure when asked to select the item I had originally chosen. rather than the one she picked has prompted this poor review.

1 star service by Himangi supervisor checkout. Racism at its peak. Very disjointed. White lady was also poor at customer service and overall the system froze,took 15minutes to check out few items. Atleast you got one star. Should have given zero like a hero.

First visit nice super market found some awesome sandwiches and filled baggets.

They kindly put the last size in these boots aside while I drove down from Manly. Good customer service, well stocked store.

This is an amazing store ,the layout and presentation is outstanding the staff are very helpful and polite,I would like to personally thank the staff working in the carpark area for helping my wife to her car Many Thanks.well worth a visit and that is what I will tell my family and friends..still so good.

Very friendly welcome into the store. Lots of parking outside and a very tidy and well lit store. Great layout for ease of shopping. Lots of fantastic products. Love this store!!

Barn-style supermarket with very high roof line. Lots of the usual with larger take home prepared food section (warm and cold) and adequate wine selection. Easy parking, quick check out. Overall, ok rather than exceptional.
