Commercial customer of theirs and we are pleased to walk away. ManageIT had zero interest in listening to or fixing the issue that they caused in the first place in how they set up the laptop. Instead they told us to get in contact with the technician who set it up that no longer works for them. They also did not have any of the login details or encryption keys for the laptop on file resulting in total data loss on that machine.
