I went there today and the staff said to me she couldn't help me because she was by herself in the store. But she wasn't busy and the store was quite empty. I was very disappointed with the customer service there.

Old system for self-service printouts. Spent 15-20min to get my phone connected, edit pic and print. The guy in store helped with that. Was told to come after 30min, paid money and also gave phone no etc. i spent another 30mins roaming around in mall.Finally came back and they told me the photo didn’t print for some reason! Sure tech problems happen- but they could have called me and tell me that earlier and not made me wait. They guy let the girl in store do the talking and went inside without saying a word.Got money back- but just wasted around an hour. Never going back.

I went to Kodak Newlynn with out knowing the prices and was in hurry to get some photocopies and printouts, for 4 pages of b/w photocopy cost me $10 and 8 pages of b/w printouts cost me $8, that a lot of price, never ever going back there. I don’t think no other business in NZ charge $2.50 per photocopy☹️If anyone want Printouts in Newlynn mall go to Customer service in mall which is 5 steps away from Kodak. At customer service they charge 35cents per printout which unfortunately I noticed after getting my copies and prints from Kodak.

Fast and efficient service for my passport photo.Reasonable price charged.Made sure I was positioned correctly for the photo and emailed the photo to me within 30 minutes as promised.Friendly customer service too. Cheers.

Went for some printing today ,first of all too expensive..$1 for B&W print...then half way down after paying $10 for 10 pages ,the machine stopped and ran out of ink...no one knew how to change the cartridge and then was told since you got 7 already go somewhere else and print the rest of 3... ridiculous..asked them to destroy my documents and refund my money...never getting anything done here

Got my baby's infant and 7 yr old sons passport photos taken today. Came out in 10 minutes. They have a private little booth for it which put me and my son at ease. Got it printed and emailed in 15 minutes. Definitely recommend it.
