Amazing experience, we had perfect weather. Knowledgeable pilot. Definately a must do in franz josef glacier.

We booked the two glacier and snow landing flight. The ground crew were very helpful, and the pilot was very knowledgeable. The flight was smooth and the views and scenery was even better than I had imagined. We'd seen Franz Josef from the valley walk, but to see if from above was really fantastic. The snow landing was great and gave us a few minutes to explore, before heading over to the Fox Glacier. Would definitely do it again and would definitely use HeliServices again too.

Great service pleasant to deal with always friendly great place

We had booked a flight for a Tuesday but when we arrived in Christchurch during the weekend we realised the weather would be bad and we called to change the flight to later in the week. We had no problem with the change and everything ran smoothly on Thursday. We got fabulous views and landed in Fox where the kids played with the snow. A wonderful experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting New Zealand.

Great value for money. Highlight of our NZ holiday.We had an amazing experience with Haast Heli. Staff were all extremely professional, they planned a great flight up the coast line landing on the beach and flying in land back over the river. Scott’s knowledge was incredible, gave us a local in sight to this stunning area, pointing out landmarks and wildlife. We saw dolphins, seals and penguins. Scotts expertise in flying ensured that we always felt comfortable and safe. The coast line from the air is AMAZING!!!My partner was very anxious of flying in a helicopter both Scott and Sheri reassured him that if at any time he was uncomfortable being in the air that they will return and land the helicopter immediately. He loved the flight and is very keen to do it again.Great value for money. We can highly recommend to anyone wanting not wanting to just be a number on the more commercial flight like what we saw at the glaciers.We will return for a longer flight next time we are in New Zealand.
