I had been looking for a place in Auckland to learn drums and happened upon this place. Conveniently located at the intersection of Dominion Rd and Balmoral above Kiss Kiss.The door is locked so you’ll need to call ahead, you can’t just walk in.I called and scheduled my free first lesson with Ryan. I knew straight away he was the teacher for me. He is always patient with me when I don’t understand something and would change his teaching method to help me understand. He’s also the manager and is fixing the place up. Since I’ve been coming here (January) the place has only gotten nicer and nicer with a really beautiful intricate dot painting being created in the waiting area!Ryan also worked with me on a payment plan and offered reasonable rates for one on one tutoring.If you’re looking for a place to learn or improve, I would highly recommend giving this place a chance.
