Terrible accounts system - statements are incredibly difficult to understand as they use reference numbers for transactions that have nothing in common with the reference numbers on the invoices, or the reference numbers used for payment.Webshop is also difficult to use and each month there is inevitably 1 or 2 products that end up being put on backorder with absolutely no real idea of timeline (we've previously been told 3-6 months)Would stop using this company entirely except that they have a monopoly on certain brands which we need to use.
