Totally unprofessional customer service. Didn't reply to phone calls or emails after I needed to change the second appointment. Went to Ashley and Martin instead. Don't bother.

Very happy so far. Can't wait to see the difference in 6 months from now.

Highly Recommended. Skilled and Caring Team.Over the last few years, I had been struggling with Alopecia. This had caused a very patchy beard that was no longer responding to cortisone injections to regrow hair.I had inquired with six other doctors - all who refused to help me either due to the area of hair loss being on my beard (and not on the scalp), or because of my condition being Aloepecia Areta, or because the area was too small for them - and that it wouldn't be worth their time / profitable enough for them.Dr. Vikram Jayaprakash was very empathetic and caring... and he clearly explained all the expectations and risks associated with my sepcific condition... and most importantly he was empathetic and agreed to do it. The price he quoted me was also very reasonable.I had my surgery earlier this week... and so far I am extremely happy about it... and very grateful to the Knudsen team.It is also worth noting that the Knudsen Clinic team has an excellent reputation in Auckland and overseas - as I was recommended them by another very popular hair transplant clinic after they said that they could not operate on me. I was also told by my hair doctor who was giving me my cortisone injections - that the Knudsen Clinic team is definitely the guys that I should go to if I was going the hair transplant route.I will update this review as my recovery progresses.

Quite disappointed in my appointment. I paid $150 for a 15 minute appointment, and that would have A LOT shorter if I didn’t ask questions at the end. Doctor did not give me any new information and I felt as if I was being silly for even coming in. Save yourself $150 and I’d suggest going somewhere else.

Would not go back i had sores on my head after the procedure and they still have not gone. They said come back when they have gone.

My $150 consultation was no longer than 15 minutes. It would have been a lot shorter if I haven't asked a number of questions. I felt like they were just going through the motions. The surgery is only done in Australia and the cost I was quoted was a lot higher than I expected after reviewing their website - $AUS10k-$AUS13K for 1500/2000 grafts.
