A clean and well stocked supermarket. Most items are a lot more expensive than Pak'N'Save, so I won't come back here again.

If your rich, Countdown is for you .If not, wow , this supermarket is ultra expensive, and Pak and save is where normal people shop.However, Countdown's fresh produce is generally kept fresher via water sprinklers, better presented , and often better quality. At a far higher price.Obviously, sometimes they'll have the odd item on sale cheaper,But over an entire week's shop: check the comparison stats online, they're true.

Does not always have the items I want when I want them, typical supermarket. Selection can be a tad limited at times but friendly staff. Never have to wait for self service checkouts.

Jun 2023Returned for some essentials from the Wine and tea/coffee Aisles. The self checkout area was very easy to use and the supervisor was very helpful too. The overall appearance of the shop was clean and well presented and the aisles were clean.Feb 2023While this isn't our preferred grocery store it is always clean and tidy. The staff are always helpful and the self serve checkouts are very easy to use.

Great Supermarket, easy location, great selection and helpful staff. Only downside is there is next to no reception so if you are trying to get your wife to explain to you which item she wanted on the phone (because you will most likely get the wrong one) perhaps go somewhere else or get a photo of the item. You will not be able to get in contact with her. You are on your own....good luck and god speed.

When I was shopping for my grocery, I bought two bakery from the shelf. There is a label said 2 for $5.5. When I paid for the bakery, they charged me the original price. We showed the price picture to the old lady at the self checkout. She was unhappy to give me the refund. She said I don't want to argue with you. it is never on special but I will give you the special price. Where are you come from?" It is racist!"
