Care On Call
Management is very good and team is very supportive. The office treats everyone equal and are very helpful when there is a problem with any clients. Even though English is not my first language, everyone in the team and even the clients were extremely supportive and helped me.

Care On Call
We have been contracting Care on Call for a number of years, on a casual basis, to care for our adult son with disabilities. Care on Call office staff go out of their way to organise help for us - even at short notice, they work hard to shuffle rosters to meet our needs. The staff are friendly, obliging and communicative, and we are most grateful for their help and support.The visiting carers have invariably been punctual, professional, skilful and caring. In particular, they have been able to engage meaningfully with our son, allowing us the full sense of respite, knowing that our son is being well cared for.

Absolutely poor. One of their carers broke my 9 year old daughters phone that we gave her for Christmas. They said because we had signed a damage wavier, they refused to take responsibility for any and all damage caused by their employees".So think twice before inviting these caregivers into your home because if they break something (maybe your priceless china) they won't pay."

Care On Call
As an employee for Care On Call I am glad to be a Support Assistant. The Manager, R/Nurses, and Co-ordinators are very humble, affectuate, understanding making sure that we us Support Assistant are happy with our work especially dealing with clients every day of the week. The staff are always busy, but still find time to resolve issues that we may have.

Care On Call
Care on Call are an integral part of our lives providing long term home care support for my wife. I've also used Care on Call to provide temporary home care support after suffering an ACC injury. From our experience, the Carers and Office Support Staff are kind, caring, understanding and incredibly supportive. Highly recommended.
