Haven't had my hair touched by a hairdresser in 10years ,Veronique did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable as my nerves nearly had me cancel but she had me walking out IN LOVE with my new hair!!

Popped in for only hair products and the stylist was super helpful answering all my questions!!

Went for hair cut, thought vivo cant go wrong but the lady did my hair cut don’t know what she was doing, she was just shortening the length. Spent almost 2 hours but came back with worse hair cut. I have a photos as proof. Please don’t go to Northland vivo if you don’t want worse experience. I will not recommend to anyone

Love going to Vivo Northlands all the staff are very friendly and informative.I like to change my hair style alot and Sherri does an amazing job accommodating my wishes. The colour is always great! & I receive compliments all the time on my colour!I would highly recommend!

I haven’t had my hair done in 3 years since I moved to Christchurch and although I liked the way my last hairdresser done my hair, this was one of the best stylist I have used in my life!. I had booked a voucher online even though I didn’t know what it was I phoned through the next morning and Katie was able to explain it, she was courtesy of my needs and professional over the phone. When I got to the salon everyone was friendly and professional. I had to pay a little bit extra because of the length of my hair and of course it was well overdue. I was happy to pay what I did because man did she do a good job. Thank you so much Katie I’m happy and content with finding the right hairdresser in chch. I’ll be back! Happy customer. Thanks stacey

Had one of the worst experiences here. Ordered the deluxe balayage package. Left with brassy highlights, splotches all over the place and one side lighter than the other. They did offer to correct it, but only a week later. Ended up going to vivo in Ilam to get it fixed and they were sensational

SO So happy with how Kontessa did my hair!! She is amazing - super friendly and she made me feel so much more confident by the time I left the salon. Kontessa, you are a gem!
