Once we had gone under contract we found his website easy to book in for our house inspection. He produced a thorough report that was easy enough for an average Joe like me to understand and great for the bank. Brad has completed what is one of the most thorough building inspection reports I have read. Coming from Australia, he puts the building inspectors here to shame. Building reports in Australia consists generally of a moisture meter and a very quick glance of the home. Brad checks every aspect of the home from building materials to construction to insulation, roof, paint...you name it! Thank you Brad! Well worth the money for such a detailed report.
