Avoid if possible...* Staff canceled my app payment forcing me to go inside, Staff were argumentative.* Vacuum hose broken, their masking tape fix was inadequate. The fragrance feature smells like all fragrance options combined...* Car wash was down for a while. At the end of the wash It attempts to blow dry your car inside the car wash before dripping all over it while you drive out.* Food was dry and hard, definitely not fresh, probably not fit for consumption.* Bathrooms were average.* ANZ ATM Inside.

The toilets inside Waiwhetu BP are always disgusting, doesn't look like they've been cleaned for weeks. Don't know where the hygiene standards are especially with Covid. It's so disturbing to see early in the morning when grabbing a coffee it means staff don't clean up before closing. Staff should be cleaning the toilet regularly and throughout the day. Don't leave it up to your contracted cleaners, in-house cleaning or employee someone specially that purpose

Poor customer service. Most of the time car vacuum is broken.Bp me app is not reliable (this is not the particular pump's issue though)

Hate being racially profiled. Had two men in the petrol bays next to me have their pumps released, so I go inside to ask if I could my fuel pump released and I get a snarky reply, and then I tell the person I have a fuel card and then the release the pump, but only after muttering snarky comments.Really poor customer service. Would definitely avoid in future.

After repeated incidents of rudeness and delays, etc., I stopped visiting for years. Recently I had to refuel here out of necessity and it still had not improved much, even though I hoped it had viz. grumpy staff who lacked communication or customer care skills marred my day. Very poor form. Will continue to bypass this for other gas stations where staff is courteous.

Called in to fuel at 9.50pm. Absolutely disgraceful and rude service from a chap called David. Wouldnt turn the pumps on and made us wait in the freezing cold. No signs saying its on prepay. Then he turned all the forecourt lights off when i was trying to put the fuel in. Never going here again.

Another BP and Wild Bean Cafe, the fuel bowsers are all closed for a new forecourt and bowsers. Luckily the cafe is open with excellent lattes and hot chocolate.
