Chantel is a wonderful person. She listens, she cares, she is highly professional. I have never had a hair dresser I liked or respected more. And her cuts and colours are truly amazing. And her prices are very reasonable in the beautiful beachside suburb of Sumner.

I called Chantelle and Sarie in a panic this morning when I got a round hairbrush tangled in my hair and couldn’t get it out (very embarrassing).They told me to come in straight away and spent almost an hour detangling the front of my hair until it finally came out. I was so sure that it would have to be cut out.I’m so grateful for your help and generosity today. Highly recommend Waves hair studio. Chantelle is truly amazing, I don't trust anyone else with my colour. She is so professional and friendly and really strives to get the look you want. Prices are very reasonable and she does her best to find an appointment around your schedule.

I've had many haircuts in my life, but never have I been made to feel so special and taken care of. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Chantelle today who really took her time to add layers to my hair and frame my face. She knew I was nervous about loosing length so she started long and said we could always go shorter from there. Well. She was amazing, Chantelle shortened the layers around my face THREE times. She never once made me feel like it was a trouble or a hassle. She would give me her honest opinion and recommend that we could go shorter and I am so glad I listened to hear. My hair looks amazing. I absolutley love it!Thank you Chantelle, for taking such love and care with my hair, for making me feel so welcome and for ensuring I was really happy before I left.Us women love our hair and your extra care meant the world.
