I needed two retainers urgently and my old orthodontist was in Whangarei so impossible to get to. Orthosouth was accomodating and had me in the very next day to get retainers made. All staff were lovely and professional. turned a bad situation into a great experience. would recommend 100%

Friendly practice, very good with young clients who can get anxious. Sophie and her team have been so lovely to deal with and have made the process really straightforward. The results are fantastic and my daughter is stoked with her new smile.

My Daughter has had a wonderful experience thus far with Sophie at OrthoSouth. We are never waiting longer than 5 minutes even if we are early. The reception is warm and inviting. They are great at time management, have awesome attention to detail. Excellent friendly service from Sophie and her team. Very reasonable rates too compared to quotes I had from other practices. A professional but personal experience and I felt well looked after. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for ortho work!

The team here are absolutely fantastic.After explaining the issue I was having they managed to offer me an appointment the next day during a time that suited me to get the issue fixed. I am very thankful for the work they did and would definitely recommend Orthosouth to anyone.
