American Limos

Just had my school ball yesterday, limo showed up early which was perfect and let us take photos outside of limo. Stereo system worked and no problems with driver. Even let us stop outside a friends house to get something. Overall good experience. Booked the 12 Seater Ford, only thing I’d say was that the limo was dark and definitely could be brighter and the communication for asking questions and booking could have been better aswell.

Really happy with the turn out, the limo came early so we were able to take photos and the driver was extremely nice and waited for us when we were waiting on one other person. The only thing was the communication wasn’t the greatest, but other than that highly recommended this company

Last min booking 1 week out from my wedding day and Albert had me sorted clearly explained everything and gave good recommendations. Definitely recommend this guy and best to visit him at the office sort it out in person as he knows what hes doing and willing to go extra mile in many aspect of the limo hiring services. I called American Limos last minute for a Limo and got one. The driver was very kind and on time. They limo driver drove our son to the prom, and our son enjoyed the drive to the venue. Our son got best arrival at prom, thanks to the limo driver!!! Highly recommend from our wonderful experience with this company.

One of the worse transport companies I have dealt with. Very unprofessional and does not meet the promised needs as discussed virtually and in person. When discussed for an extra hour drive before the event, the price was not worth it. Extra drive literally took 40 minutes not an hour (which was paid for). Driver even drove us to the prison to do a U Turn. We did not go to any of the agreed locations plus drivers attitude was horrible, which made us want to go straight to the venue as soon as possible.Limo and Hummer was poorly cleaned and with health measures really strict, hygiene levels was disgustingly poor. Drivers were both awful and unprofessional - both limo and hummer driver definitely impacts the purpose of the occasion and their attitude and unprofessionalism drains a lot of energy.Speaker/music was not working in the limo and the Hummer music system is cheap and stops working after 30 minutes. When kindly asked to simply put down the windows because air conditioning was poor, drivers complained and gave unnecessary attitude. The disrespect from the drivers was disgusting and would never wish this type of service to anyone especially if you’re wanting to get married. Our first driver was Albert and honestly ruined the energy. If you don’t want to work then please for the sake of humanity don’t work or do work involving serving people - would never ever recommend this company to anyone.If you work with or own this company, you need to rethink your values especially working with people. It is disgusting and horrible.If 0 stars was allowed this company would definitely get 0 or low. A review of this company needs to be made by the Commerce Commission. I will definitely be seeking advice to make sure these services find solutions to this unprofessionalism trait so that no one has to deal with this energy/behaviour on their special occasion.100 PERCENT DO NOT RECOMMEND - especially if you want to have a memorable event/occasion.

I booked this limo company for my wedding, and I had the most horrible experience with them!!!DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Cost is not worth it, and their overall service is utterly disgusting and very unprofessional! I wish I read the reviews before I booked in with them because it looks like I'm not alone and others had the same experience.Communication on the phone & email was like talking to a 5-year-old. I had to ask the same questions multiple times and when talking on the phone, he was very rude and clearly needs to learn how to speak to people.The speaker/music in the limo was not working the entire ride, the drivers had the most terrible attitude and couldn't communicate properly. I was very calm and happy on my wedding until we got into the limos. Both vehicles couldn't go down the driveway of our church because it was too low" so our entire bridal party including bride & groom had to walk more than 100m's to get to the entrance of our church. Used this service for a family wedding Pros: vehicle arrived on time which is so important for a wedding. Cons : driver had a lady passenger in the front seat who opened the door for passengers while driver sat in his seat. Lady was clothed in casual home like wear, no basic uniform or smart casual which came across in wedding photos so quite disappointed with presentation. Unprofessional look. Car interior was not clean and not up to wedding standard. Would suggest owner to ensure high standards are offered especially at weddings. Sadly wont recommend for weddings.

Would rate them -1 stars for just the horrible customer service alone. Super unprofessional and rude on the phone and through text. I was instantly put off by the tone of the persons voice when I first called. When I tried to book they wanted the whole transaction done via text without giving their name and no formal email of anything. They were also very rude and unhelpful the entire time. Did not book here, bad service and looking at other reviews not worth it at all. Extremely disappointed, clearly do not know how to run a business.
