Prior to engaging with Tracy I was undertaking therapy. I chose to embark on a coaching programme in order to develop my resilience in a space that is more forward-looking. Over the last two years I have had the privilege of engaging in fortnightly sessions with Tracy. During this time, I have achieved major progress in both personal and professional aspects of my life. Tracy has helped me to gain a deeper understanding of my style of leadership, and has helped me to realise how I can use my strengths more effectively. While navigating various barriers in my life, Tracy has enabled me to realise my passions and empowered me to trust in myself. Tracy’s coaching has helped me develop immensely as a leader. Firstly in understanding how I and others present and communicate through the Five Voices analysis. Also, in understanding the appropriate use of intuition to make timely decisions. With greater skills and confidence, I am finding I have more influence and am achieving more value than I did when previously in a designated managerial role.

My experience with Tracy and her Plus coaching was truly life changing. She was extremely dedicated, knowledgeable and a great listener who was then able to offer interventions and guidance which actually worked. She works alongside you in partnership, and supports you to come up with your own solutions to challenges you may be facing, while also challenging you to be the best version of yourself. I thoroughly enjoyed working through the 5 Voices, and this is now a tool I come back to often. I couldn't recommend this Plus Coaching enough and am going to be forever grateful for life tools I learnt during this coaching.

Working with Tracy has been a game changer for me both professionally and personally. After working through the 5 Voices I understand myself better and I am more aware of how I deal with situations. I also have an awareness and a better understanding of how and why others respond to situations as they do and I don't take things to heart quite as much as I use to.Tracy has taught me how to use questions to develop my curiosity with my colleagues and family and even though I'm still working on this I feel really empowered and I try to use my new skills at every opportunity.
