Love, love, love the service provided by Simon! Ever had the experience where you cannot stop smiling cause you had fabulous customer service. That is what I got tonight from Simon. You can hear his smile through his conversation over the speaker and then when we spoke at the counter. He was helpful, fast and efficient and God even had a sense of humor. I only hope everyone takes a page from his book of amazing customer service!!!

The usual food from McDonald's. One thing they need to work on is freshness. We had fries that were cool, and soft. Not crispy as usually get from other McDonald's. The burger was mediocre.

The longer than normal wait. The crew were polite but clearly under pressure. The coffee machine was extreme messy and covered in coffee grounds. Again an indication of the pressure the crew were under.

Paige was on the drive throughFantastic service. Took the time to explain how to earn and redeem points with the app. Very patient and pleasant to deal with.

Just passing through on Sunday 25th June.To be honest I just wanted to use the loo but brought a few hash browns to ease my conscience.Hash browns were nice hot and freshly done.Lady serving me was pleasant.Store looked clean and presentable.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi I was just wondering when the dine in areas closing time be going back to normal? I walked around last week and the dine in area was closed at Eight PM and it was closed when I walked there tonight at Nine thirty PM. I'm just asking because it's annoying having to walk there and see those cones out blocking the door. I think it's unfair for those of us who can't drive, I'm not allowed to drive due to major loss of eyesight, so drive thru isn't an option to me,

Took my 2 year old while visiting. Awesome service. He had a great time in the playground. Just need to watch for the atmosphere of the playground once the bigger kids enter.

I went in and ordered large fries when suddenly five large gang members confronted me. They grabbed my large fries, threw them to the ground. They kicked, stomped and punched the fries to a mashed pulp. This happens every time I visit Hawera McDonalds, they need to change the colour of the french fries packagng.

Slow cos busy drivethru. Busy is good for business but. Ordered lge but my chips are consistently not lge. Always lookslike medium size.
