I am very happy that I chose Wellington Heat Pumps to supply and install the heat pump in my small home office room. Julian communicated well with me - promptly and clearly by text, email or by returning my calls. He was very polite and patient in answering my questions, providing options and finding solutions to the challenges we had with the layout of the room and location of the indoor and outdoor units. He arrived on time when he came to assess the room and again when he installed the heat pump. He left everything neat and clean when he was done. Workmanship was superb to the smallest details. Overall very professional! It also cost me less (a few hundred bucks!) for installation of the same unit than with a couple more popular heat pump installers who provided me quotes. This is an easy 5-star rating for me across a lot of things. It's not easy these days to find tradespeople you can trust and I'm glad I found one for my heat pumps. Next on my list is arranging with him maintenance of my other heat pump unit.

Update:Julian installed my parents heat pumps in Johnsonville after we received various quotes. His price was the most competitive in the market and he responded to all my queries super duper fast! He and his team installed a heat pump for my parents in a few hours and left no mess at all. He also gave them a discount as he installed the heat pumps in my house. Great customer service indeed. The Mitsubishi heat pump he installed is really quiet and I am really impressed with the heat pump installation process. It only took a day for the heat pump installation duration. Had quotes from several companies but went with Wellington Heat Pumps because Julian was authentic to deal with. Gave his professional opinion with rationale to back it and didn’t sell me unnecessary extras just to make money (even though I asked about a couple and he easily could have). No delays in installing it and not a crumb of mess left behind. Absolutely would recommend!

Heat Pumps Wellington provided me with a quick quote for my heat pump installation. Julian was responsive to my questions and had great knowledge regarding the heat pump install systems. I had a few other providers give me a quote but Julian provided me with the best heat pump quote and was willing to price match other heat pump installation companies as well. Really happy with my Mitsubishi heat pump! I am looking forward to a warm winter next year.

Julian has been very responsive from my initial inquiry with quote and installation. He was the first to check our property for best option for heat pumps and has advised us to ask other companies for quotes but we didn’t bother as he was very informative and his quote was what we were expecting.Their team have done a great job with the installation of our heat pumps and we really appreciate that they have followed covid protocols all through out.
