I visited Cosmetic Clinic for laser hair removal and I had a fantastic experience. Yanna is incredibly professional and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The clinic is clean and well-maintained, and I felt confident in the expertise of the technicians. I would highly recommend Cosmetic Clinic. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the facilities are top-notch, and the results are impressive.

The cosmetic clinic is doing amazing work for clients. I would like to thanks Yana who is looking after me and almost been a 4 months. She is amazing at work , she know she is best and Very friendly and always giving nice feedback about skin care. And money wise , they always have great offers for skin amd laser treatment as well. Had my first session of microdermabrasion with Hayley and she was amazing. Answered my questions and talked me through the treatment making sure I was OK. Glad I'm making the switch to Queen Street :)

This review has been long-overdue! I've been coming to this Cosmetic Clinic location since its opening and have always had great experiences at each visit. Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. I've moved about 50mins away (on a good day) but I'll always still come to this particular location for my skin treatments because of it's excellent staff.Yanna has always given me the best laser hair removal treatments and facials. From treatments to recommended products and skin routine - she is thorough, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about her craft. I can honestly say that I've learned so much about my skin because of her!Claire was so lovely with my mum who was visiting me and decided to have a treatment of her own. It was her first time ever getting anything done, Claire took her time and treated her well. Mum couldn't stop talking about how kind and gentle she was! She loved the care that went into the treatment itself and the thoughtful after-care LED light therapy services (that were generously offered free, I might add).Tina takes care of my injectables, she has such a gentle hand and consistently makes sure that I'm comfortable throughout the duration of the service. The outcome is always perfect!Yes, it can be busy sometimes, but the wonderful staff here do their best to work with your needs and provide star service with top accuracy. 10/10 would recommend.
