The jury is out on this one. A free hearing assessment with an immediate fitting of hearing aids...will get a second opinion before making any decisions. The audiologist is a nice lady though...

I don’t normally write reviews, especially when things don’t work out.However, I feel in the case of Bloom in Newtown, I really have to commend everyone involved.I have a specific type of hearing loss which is very difficult to cater to.I trialled not one, not two, not three, not four but FIVE different hearing aids, and it never cost me a cent!Not once was I made to feel I am being burdensome in any way.Jessica at reception is an absolute joy, and the audiologist Natasha is professional, efficient but also warm and friendly.Even though it didn’t work out, it was definitely not due to lack of trying from all sides.If have no reservations about recommending Bloom in Newtown, give it a shot, you have literally nothing to lose.I will try again in a couple of years, maybe something for my specific pattern of loss will appear.
