Jess at Better property management was a really great help to us in renting out our investment property. She talked us through the entire process and always went out of her way to get us the information we needed to make the right decisions. When it came to finding a tenant, she was communicative throughout and found us great tenants in less than a week. Over the past 15 years, I have worked with many property managers that have looked after my investment properties. Jess is by far the best in the industry. She is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and cares about both the tenants and the properties. Jess is always so friendly to deal with and she is always so responsive to all my queries. Jess from BPM has been amazing. From the start her communication has been above and beyond exceptional with no queries left unanswered. She talked us through everything from start to end and put our minds to ease when it came to finding the best suited tenants for our home. She gave us a great great property evaluation, helped list our property online, walked us through protocols like meth testing and healthy homes standards and even got quotes for work needed.
