Chemist Warehouse Albany NZ

Very poor customer service as I stood in line at mid day for 15 minutes only moving about a meter or 2. With 2 shop assistants on the tills and atleast a dozen on the shop floor having fun laughing and talking. I ended up having to leave my medication there and leave. Will not be coming back.

Good prices as always, but they have to be renowned for having the worst customer service ever. Pharmacy is great, they’re not the problem. But sales associates on the shop floor and counter… absolutely useless, do they even get trained?

Went there yesterday looking for medication and pharmacist Najmeh was more than helpful, she gave me advice and help with medication, she was patient and overall a lovely and helpful person. Thank you!

Was about to go into the store when we noticed some friends outside and stopped to have a chat, only to have your stores @$shole security guard come up to us and tell us that he could hear us talking and it was effecting his ability to do his job and asking us to move. I suggest you relieve this guy from his job immediately. Never going near your store again. This happened 3rd June around 3.00pm.

Dispensary staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, they have a new service where they can prescribe for minor ailments free prescriptions so instead of going to to the doctors I saved time and money and I came here straight. The blonde girl Mag is so knowledgeable such an expert more helpful than my GP

It is unclear why Chemist Warehouse receives negative reviews, despite serving a significantly larger customer base—approximately ten times more than other pharmacies. Given the higher volume of customers, occasional delays should be expected. It is important to recognize that personalized treatment is not guaranteed. If customers seek special attention, they may choose to pay extortionate prices at alternative pharmacies, where engaging conversations about their day may be more common.

i love chemist warehouse albany! the staff are friendly, welcoming and super helpful. i always go here for my makeup/nail polish as they always have really good discounts and a massive range of products to choose from :)

Visited albany store today & was looking for mens perfume, there was none on the shelf, requested the counter person & he called someone for assistance. The guy came & asked me to check on the shelf n I advised that I have already checked, there is none. He checked on system & confirmed they might be having some at the back. I requested him if I can get one as I wanted to gift someone, after few minutes, he came with another guy n he said there is none left. I asked that your system is showing some & he said it might get stolen, which is weird, they keep them in lock & leave them at the counter for the person to pay first & all of them got stolen, clearly they didn’t want to help, I saw them giggling behind the counter. I requested if they can check another store or Henderson n he pretended to check on system & advised there is none left in Auckland, it’s really popular one. I went to Henderson branch & they had heaps, the guy who served at that Branch was helpful.I’m surprised at the poor level of customer service in Albany store that if you don’t want to look for a product atleast direct the customer to another store, which is easy to check stock on system. Unfortunately there is no zero rating, that’s what they deserve.
