I was very impressed with the store layout and purchasing experience. Hassle free and very easy to understand. Delivery of the item was extremely quick despite being in a rural town many kilometres away.I do note that the shipping app was a little disappointing because it was continually notifying me that it was delivered despite the fact that it still with the supplier. I suspect that every time it was scanned during the supply chain journey it was reporting delivered.Despite this minor glitch, I still highly recommend The Technology Store, the purchasing experience was very pleasing and an example to other stores on how to do business. Updated: they finally called to apologise personally and sent out the correct order. Also mentioned the staff need more training. Finally received after 1 month and 6 days. Although slow, I do appreciate the effort to keep the customer happy.Bought X3 EZVIZ cameras for business, they sent the wrong colour. Have no phone number to contact. Have extreme difficulty contacting them with no phone number and slow email responses. Still unresolved after 2 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

With no reviews, I was a little dubious about The Technology Store, so a placed a 'test' order for Aqara Starter Pack (Zigbee and HomeKit compatible) and the price was extremely good value – it was on 'Launch' special. I shouldn't have worried... they shipped the same day and I had the goods within 48 hours – and this was in Alert Level 4 too!!! Even with free shipping, the goods arrived well packed. So pleased with the transaction I place another $300+ order with them and it arrived quickly too. I don't write too many reviews but so good was my experience with The Technology Store, I would strongly recommend these guys. I will definitely be adding them to my bookmarks and expect to purchase from them again very soon.

Bought an Aqara G4 Video Doorbell from The Technology Store. Was the only store that had it in stock for a good price. Shipping was fast. Very happy with my experience shopping at this store.

I purchased a pair of Bose sunglasses from The Technology Store. I was very impressed, delivery was fast and very easy! Plus they were the only store selling the sunglasses. I would definitely purchase from The Technology Store again.

Great store for home automation products. A bit more pricey, yet great delivery, timeframes and products. Have not needed follow up support for anything as everything went smoothly. Will certainly order again and do recommend.
