4 Seasons Nails Porirua

Very sad to say that I didn’t get a great manicure today, I’ve come back home and taken off the varnish and I’ll do it again myself. The staff didn’t take off all the old pink varnish from around the nail, so I have pink finger tips, the new colour was thin and needed a 3rd coat. For me, it’s a treat to get my nails done, particularly as I’m on holiday, but there was no attempt at conversation although the girls had a lot to say to each other, I’m hoping they weren’t talking about me or any other clients! This was conveyor belt nails at its worst.

WOULDNT RECOMMEND! I've actually been coming here for years now but they seem to be understaffed these days and unable to run there books correctly. I prebooked a week ahead for a pedicure for 5.30pm thurs. I sat with my feet in the water for an hour before anyone saw me. An hour wait time is really unacceptable. Other woman in the salon also had complained they'd been waiting mid service for about the same time. This is bad time management, if your too booked up then don't keep taking more customers and making the current customers wait hours it's actually ridiculous. Will definitly be finding a new regular nail salon. DONT go here if you want your nails done in a timely fashion.. expect to be in the salon for hours waiting.

Just had my brows microbladed by the very talent technician at the Porirua store. I had never had this done so was a little nervous about what to expect or how much it would hurt. Was clearly taken through each step and she ensured that I understood. Took a lot of time to ensure the outline was just perfect and everything was extremely hygienic. Took about 1.5 - 2hrs and I am VERY pleased with the outcome, it has made such a difference yet still looks very natural. I honestly could have fallen asleep throughout the procedure as really did not hurt at all. Highly recommend.

Gel manicure was average ( have polish on the side of my nails ) but I was blown away by how unprofessional some ladies were there.Not organised, they tried gathering their things to start my manucure for 5 minutes. Kept talking in another language and not really focusing on the manicure itself.Then the oldest lady there started to do her own nails while doing mine…Don’t recommend.

Horrible experiences on both occasions that I booked. No respect for people's time. First time, I booked at 9 and they arrived at 9h20. Then I proceeded to receive a cold water pedicure. Second time I booked a manicure and pedicure. Appointment started 10 minutes late and then I was asked to wait while my nail tech ate lunch. That took 25 minutes. If you don't have staff, don't book the day out - not a hard concept to grasp. 2 strikes, needless to say I'm not visiting again.

4 Seasons in Porirua is my go-to when I have an event or a trip coming up. I always go with the SNS on natural nails as they last much longer than gels! They do a decent job and although the conversation is minimal and the place can get a bit hectic, they’re still good at what they do and don’t break the bank!

I had my nails done with Sns today at Porirua at 3.30pm.I just wanted to say thanks so much to the ladies working hard !It was busy but they were amazing and so gracious to all the customers popping in with no appointment.Even though really busy my nails were were done so we’ll :) Please thank them for me.

Have had 3 gel manicures at this salon previously, and my first SNS today, and I have been really happy with the quality of the manicures each time. They shape and paint my nails nice and evenly, and the gel has lasted much longer without lifting than when I have had it done at other salons. Each of the staff who have done my nails have been sweet, chattiness level depends on the vibe of the day but I am quite happy to have some peace anyway.
