If you are travelling overseas, just get duty free from overseas. Probably not the best choice to help PB tech Airport, first it's new zealand duty free is still not that cheap. Secondly, staffs look uninterested and incompetent. They need to understand most business men/women getting things from the airport don't really matter the price much as it's reimbursed anyway but they just look so unhappy for somehow.

Great majority of items cheaper than it’s competitor downstairs, got a Sony XM5, great price great product.Staff here knows what they doing, giving advise while not being pushy, great CS!Wants an iPhone 14 Pro for next travel, pllllls have some!

They don't open @7.30am. I was there and waited for another 5 mins but they are still close. Very bad customer service. I nearly miss my flight as well as departure time is at 8am. Now i'm going for my trip without any laptop as i was hoping to have for work. Really dissapointed with this.

Incompetent staff. After they opened 20 minutes later than their posted opening time; I purchased an $1,100 drone while flying out of NZ and specifically asked the salesperson “is there everything I need in the box, apart from a phone” - no, there’s no micro SD card in the box. It’s not so straightforward to find a micro SD card in the Cook Islands- I would have been more than happy to purchase one in Auckland- it’s an easy upsell that would have made for a much better customer experience. Not recommended.
