Just want to say I am absolutely disgusted with the way the manager treats their staff they work so hard all year round but get treated like they’re nothing, absolutely appalling. Think the top dogs need to look for a new manager for this store.

To the awesome male staff member working your CE desk on Thursday 25th Oct 2018,After shopping at your store I went to load up my truck and realised I had left my truck lights on running the battery flat. This staff member in the pooring down rain was more than happy to help and got the truck running again. Thank you very much for you help

Its ok, but could do with more options in the Lego variety for children for christmas. And quite a bit of toys sold out. Good variety of christmas stuff and gift ideas. No queuing which was good and parking very good. Well laid out store with plenty of room to move and look around.

I would really like to give a huge shout out to some team members that were so incredibly helpful to me today. Sandra, who I initially spoke with re the purchase of a new treadmill - and then Sammy and Neil. Sammy was so helpful with measuring my car to see if the shop model would fit in - nope - and Neil who so very kindly offered to drop it off to me as he lived in Rangiora. I was so grateful for the lovely service I recieved today - thankyou xx

As usual,it is the popular Warehouse brand. A larger store with gardening stuff, furniture and everything else u would expect in a Warehouse store. I wonder why they have not got self checkout option, if I'm not mistaken.

I'm so tired of being asked for money at every checkout. I give a lot of money to charity and I hate beiing pressured. Kmart is more pleasant not a great big ugly barn. Some of the staff are really unhelpful.
