Shane at Ape automotive is amazing !! His knowledge of performance/private vehicles is extensive and probably one of the most honest and genuine mechanic workshops in South auckland. I had a great experience with Ape Automotive! Shane was especially helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and resolve my issues very quickly. He understands all the latest technology and has great work ethics. His communication, caring and understanding is the best I have ever come across when having my car repaired or serviced. He is also certified and licensed to do WOFs which now makes him my one stop shop for my car. And last but not least, he is very affordable! Great service at a great price! Came in for a wof and found a few issues, brake lights not working on one side and brake pads very low, showed me and I asked if he could do right then and there as was my work ute which I need on the road to earn a living . Was no hassle for him … everything sorted so could get back to work for a new week .. great service and very pleased with the work and service

To rely on the good word of others can sometimes lead you blind. Im so happy that the advice from trustworthy people led me to this immaculate and friendly workshop to ensure my ride ran reliably as it should. Fears subsided thanks to the sound advice and assurance from Shane and shocked to see the little things he did to ensure all the fluids and tyre pressures were 100%. Thank you bro and I will definitely be back for the next service/repair.
