Staff had a not my problem" attitude regarding billing issues

This wonderful place shares it's own stories.Anyway the trees are wonderful for shade, and it's a semi safe place to walk around.Flowers are always a pretty scene.A place to just oh when one is waiting for court, or finish shopping, or just want a break this place fits the bill...Toilets are simple but do the job.Steps all around the clock are just nice to walk along thinking.....A nice area.... many different functions are held in this astounding beautiful area....Go see for yourself...

Great place in Blenheim to get all your Vodafone (now One NZ) related queries/concerns addressed. Probably the best customer friendly Vodafone store in NZ with super friendly/helpful staff unlike their telephone customer support.The staff here knows/recommend the best Vodafone plan based on your requirements/budget.Rebekah was amazing! She suggested me the best plan.

Arrogant staff member in there lost some of my contacts when i had to get another phone number i will transfer to 2 degrees much better staff in there.

I went in asking for a Samsung charging cable. The nice indian gentleman then tried to sell me something else. I hate it when they for the sake of another sale then sell you something you did NOT want.

TERRIBLE - My 87 year old mother , got an email from vodafone about switching to wireless, I said it sounded like a good idea, she went in to check it out, saw Ron who sighed her up , Modem arrived , I went over from Nelson on a Saturday as mum couldn't get it to work, nor could I, Vodafone shop closed .Mum phoned Ron who keeps saying he will ring her back but never does. Vodafone sent an unexpected bill for $480.00, then later reduced to under $400.Mum took modem back - Ron said it was invoice is wrong (as per Vodafone stating no connection fee) but still not sorted, not connected , been about 5 weeks.had to cancel auto payments so Vodafone could not take her money, Mother totally confused and distraught, I do not recommend Vodafone at all

I had a hideous interaction at Blenheim Vodafone today. I felt unheard, patronised and was not offered any help from the person I was dealing with.I tried explaining I had an issue with my contract and was told on the ph to come to the store and they would help get it sorted.The person just kept repeating but you are getting what you are paying for".It is not what I agreed to when I signed up. He then told me to go back to the person who hustled me over the ph into a contract promising something they could not deliver. How on God's earth would I know who that was? They were employed by Vodafone not me!!.Very disappointing to encounter someone unwilling to help or even point me in the right direction to get the issues sorted. I personally will never go to the Blenheim store again."
