My heat-pump was installed today by Mike and the team. I absolutely love it! Makes such a difference in the heat of summer. The installers went above and beyond to provide great Kiwi service - including raising the outdoor unit so it is not directly on the grass. Thanks so much!

That's a shame Andy, I'm a Project Manager at Chillex and we have just finished an awesome contract for Reading Cinemas, (Great value for money). They have 8 wonderful cinemas all controlled beautifully. We still here with plenty of work for those who call.

Very poor customer service and a lot of time was wasted as The technicians were found to be still outside the premises 1 and a half hours after they confirmed the job was complete.Bad work ethic, do not recommend this company!

Has Chillex got problems or gone out of business? Chillex all of a sudden cancelled a sizable Hoyts Cinemas contract with no reply when questioned.
