Have been going for years. Ordered my food & a cold drink at the counter as normal and was told to help myself to the drink. I sat and waited for my food and half way through my meal I got up and got my drink, as advised. I sat for a further 20-30mins to finish my meal and then got up to leave and was hollered at from across the room and then met at the door. “One of the staff saw you grab a drink from the fridge that you haven’t paid for”. I explained myself and she went back to the kitchen to check with someone and then said “I’m sorry, you have”. SO EMBARRASSING and 100% avoidable. Perhaps serve the drinks yourself or at the very least BE CERTAIN before you accuse a customer of stealing. The way you checked and confirmed I had in fact paid for it is probably something that could have been done in the 20min duration between getting the drink and finishing my food. I’m so gutted. As someone in customer service myself I usually try to only spread positive reviews but it’s made me feel absolutely awful.

This cafè is so classy. Food and service are first class. Presentation is just amazing and delivery swift. Great selection of cabinet food plus menu favorites. Staff consistently lovely.

Lots of Gf options in cabinet, Good food.Not a long wait but it wasn't that busy for dine in. Would happily eat here again & recommend. Nice coffee.

Everything is beautiful, especially the name LOLA.Cafe decor is fresh and invitingWonderful customer serviceThe food well presented, so delicious, affordable and had other patrons asking what we ordered, definitely my GO to. Have been to many café in Auckland, this one is TOPS.Have just moved from Auckland.
