TANK Johnsonville- Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

if you planned to pay cash, cash is not wanted nor accepted here, So you will need spend it elsewhere., Very disappointed, a long time customer no more.

Unfortunately this Tank is bad enough for me to actually write a review. I have been here multiple times recently and the service is just terrible. I’m actually surprised management allows staff to wear airpods or headphones while working. Multiple staff members make no attempt to call out your number or let you know which juice is ready (just simply placing a juice on the counter with no explanation what it is/who’s it is)- asking is a chore because music in and being ignored. A couple of decent workers there but the majority seem to very untrained and unenthused

Staff seem undermanaged, undertrained, and undermotivated. You can’t put this on them though. Management needs to revive this store. It needs it.

Seriously bad service today. The 2 girls ignored the queue until there were 8 people waiting to place orders. As drinks began to come out, the people who had ordered last got their drinks first. The girls didn't seem to know which drink was which and mixed up people's order. Wondering where a manager or supervisor was because these girls were clearly not experienced enough to be operating on their own.

Possible the greatest smoothie I have ever experienced, pallets went beyond human comprehension, a experience that has left indelible print on my conscience.

I love Tank. But 95% of the time when I get smoothies from the Johnsonville store, there is smoothie on the outside of the cup. Not even just a few dribbles from overflow, there is no overflow spilling over. It's splodges of smoothie from off their gloves I assume. I have ordered 3 smoothies at once, all different but they had splodges of the same smoothie on all 3 cups, which is gross. Twice I have also bought smoothies from them and the spill on the side was not even the same colour as my smoothie. They Really need to look at their hygiene practices.Also, I always order a Full Tank from Johnsonville and IT IS NEVER FULL! All of them are somewhere between 1/2 to 3/4 full. Today I ordered 3 smoothies and again none of them were full. They were all different levels. This is not ok! If I order a full tank I expect to get what I pay for. Stop charging for full tanks and only giving 3/4 tanks or less!1. Spreading smoothie from someone elses smoothie onto my cups is disgusting.Wipe the cups with a Clean cloth before handing them over2. Fill the cups to the size paid for!Johnsonville store needs to step up.I would go somewhere else but I shouldn't have to!Apparently expecting good hygiene and receiving what I pay for is just too much to ask from them.

OMG The two girls working here on Monday's are the best tank employs they've ever had. Always have a smile on their faces and make absolutely delicious smoothies. I love chatting to these wonderful ladies and look forward to coming here.

This tank shop is terrible. I've been 3 times and ordered the weekly special, and each time they've either charged me the full normal price, or attempted to charge me the full price. On one of the occasions they even gave us the incorrect size. I do not recommend.
