Danny is one awesome, patient man! He has waited for us to find the perfect home and was there every step of the way. From his answering of our questions at 11pm to making sure we were 100% in the loop of every step that was taken to get us into our new home. We 150% recomend Danny to any first home buyer! You couldn't find any better! Lou was just as amazing! She sorted all our insurance needs out, even those we thought we had sorted! Lou took our family needs and lifestyle into account and found the best policies for us and was only a text away if we had any queries. Danny and Lou made our whole 1st home purchasing experience go from daunting to a dream. 10 out of 10 for The Team!

Danny was great, super nice guy. As first time buyers we really didnt know what we were in for. We felt super comfortable sharing all our personal information with him. We could tell he had so much experience and knowledge in that industry from our very first sit down till our last. Super informative and made the whole process stress free. He went above and beyond at all hours of the day and night for us. He was always available for any questions we had over the phone or email. We recommend him 100%. Will be using Danny for all our future finance and mortgage needs hands down. He got us a bottle of wine when we settled to top it off, when really we feel it should have been the other way around.

A family member of mine went through The team for their house loan process and passed on the company, specifically Danny’s name. My partner and I had a really good experience with Danny right from the first meeting. My partner and I are all new to this experience and Danny was able to make the process a lot less stressful for us, from helping us with filling out paperwork to answering our many questions . If 10 stars was an option this review would have it. A friend and I went in on a first home together after having no luck trying to find a rental after the cyclone Gabrielle floods. When we first went to Danny we were pretty disheartened after having no luck on the rental front and purchasing a first home seemed like quite a big step to be taking given we had just lost pretty much everything. Well, literally 3 weeks after our first contact with Danny we are unconditional on a property and only weeks away from moving in. Danny and the rest of the team have been awesome to deal with and have made the whole process seem like a walk in the park. They are approachable, friendly and really do have your best interests at heart. I cannot thank Danny enough for his help during this process and would recommend anyone looking to get a foot on the property ladder to get in touch and save wasting time looking elsewhere, you will not be disappointed!

Danny’s friendly attitude and understanding from the get go has made him a pleasure to work with.He understands the frustration that can come with buying a house and the hoops that you need to jump through. He is also a master at getting you through those hoops.I am a first home buyer and buying on my own. He helped me understand what I needed to do and make a plan to get me there without making me feel that I was asking silly questions.I meet with Danny 3 times before I was ready for him to approach the banks and he was supportive and helpful at every meeting.
